Training media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.
I have tried using Edge browser and Google chrome, and get the same result. I have checked to ensure these browsers are up to date too.

Sorry you're having an issue watching the training videos. Can you clarify which videos you're having an issue with? I just checked and I was able to watch Free Elastic Enterprise Search training in Elastic Cloud | Elastic Training and How-to Series: Elastic App Search | Elastic Training on Chrome just now.
