Trend line size

Hi,
I use a trend line visualization to trend different values over time. I have set the size to 5, but the legend shows more entries than just the top 5. See attached screenshot. Shouldn't the size property limit it to just 5?

Try splitting the lines and then doing a date histogram after that?
