Trigger watcher alert (email) for every log occurrence

Hi,
Can I receive watcher alert for every log occurrence ?
I have a current configuration wherein the watcher is scheduled every 2 minutes and all occurrences within that interval are clubbed to send a single email alert.
eg : Actvity Count: 4

Instead I would want to receive 4 separate emails. Is that possible?
