Twitter river plugin

Is it possible to pause and resume streaming to elastic search on demand?

Currently what I am seeing is that once I restart elastic search streaming
stops.

I think I can port the start and stop patch from FSRiver to Twitter river:
https://github.com/dadoonet/fsriver/issues/21

That said, I will ask elasticsearch team if we should support it for all rivers
by default on only project by project.
