nope... that says only root user can read. try.. sudo chmod 644 /etc/kibana/kibana-server.p1

Please open another thread on the "Kibana server is not ready yet"
Provide the Config and the logs, perhaps there are others that can help as well.
(I am just a volunteer with a BIG day job )
