Unable to access my Elastic account - says terminated

Hi,
I have been enrolled by Leidos for the Elastic training/certification course for a year. However, when I access https://cloud.elastic.co/home using my patds12@gmail.com account, the status shows as Terminated. I am unable to access my relevant training.

Would you please validate my account or call me for further details.
