Elastic Engineer On-Demand Course Lab in Strigo said "This course has ended"

I registered Elastic Engineer On-Demand Course on August 2025. But due to personal health issue, I didn’t have enough time to learn the course. Now I return but the lab environment in Strigo said “This course has ended". I am unable to access lab environment to practice for the course. I need help here. What should I do now ?

In this case you can try to send an email to “training@elastic.co” if they can help & reset the lab again.
Other will be to access the labs with a new different id and start the course/lab again.
