Unable to Fetch data from rollups collector - OFFLINE INSTALL

Hi, my kibana service is showing logged warnings and I cannot access the webpage either.

error log stating: Cannot read property ‘id’ of undefined\n at id (/usr/share/kibana/x-pack/legacy/plugins/rollup/server/usage/collector.js:146:52)\n at Array.ForEach ()\n at forEach (same path above).128:18\n at process._tickCallback (internal/process/next_tick.js:68:7)”}

Have you already solved the issue?
If now, can you please tell me what is your Kibana version?
Are there any errors in ES logs too? How is the health of your cluster? GET _cluster/health
