How did you install elasticsearch and kibana?
In general, you need to enable security features in elastic if you're going to use fleet.
You need to set the proper configuration encryption keys in your kibana.yaml

I installed them with the linux compressed version but i actually found how to set up an encryption key and fleet was working when i restarted it.
