Unable to install elastic search using zip for windows

I am getting the error->
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: Option UseConcMarkSweepGC was deprecated in version 9.0 and will likely be removed in a future release.
Error: Could not find or load main class AppData\Local\Temp\elasticsearch
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: AppData\Local\Temp\elasticsearch

Please provide information about exactly which steps you have taken, which Elasticsearch version and operating system you are using. Also please provide log messages and not just individual parts as context is important.
