I am not able to launch the elasticsearch in windows

Hi ,

i have tried to install the new version of elasticsearch in my laptop when i run the elasticsearch.bat file i am getting the below error

it is windows version of zip i have downloaded

Please help !!!

I have configured and installed the java in env variables as well
