Unable to login, forced in to onboarding

Our IT have added me to our account but I can't login with my google gmail account I'm being forced down onboarding with no way to cancel out.

Same as this, but with google > Login Issues

Is this for a paying account (not a trial)?
If so, I suggest you (or your IT) open a case with our support team - it will be easier to solve the problem if we can share confidential details (like your organisation id) and screenshots.

Otherwise...

Just to make sure I understand correctly:

  • You are able to login correctly (no authentication errors, etc)
  • But after you login you end up in Serverless onboarding, which isn't what you want.

Is that right?
