Unable to start Kibana 7.2.0- Windows

Elastic Stack Kibana

OS: Windows 10

Kibana Version: 7.2.0

Installation Type: Windows-Downloaded, unzippped and started with bin\kibana.bat
configured kibana.yml with elasticsearch instance and changed server host to ip address
error: unable to start kibana
