I will see if I can reproduce this. In the meantime, can you share more information on what version of windows you're running?

I was unable to reproduce this using Windows Enterprise 10 and Kibana 7.10.1. Can you try to delete the extracted Kibana folder and extract Kibana again from the zip file?
