Unable to start logstash 7.4.1 in windows

Hello Guys,

I'm unable to start logstash 7.4.1 in windows machine

getting follow error in command prompt .... i.e.., follows

PS C:\Users\abc\Downloads\ELK_7.4.1> .\logstash-7.4.1\bin\logstash -f .\simpleconf.conf
"could not find jruby in C:\Users\abc\Downloads\ELK_7.4.1\logstash-7.4.1\vendor\jruby"

Elasticsearch and Kibana are running in localhost 9200 & 5600

Kindly help me how to resolve this .
