Unable to to enter data into Strigo Terminal

Whilst taking the first lab in the Observability Course I have found that rather than being able to enter the required commands in Strigo under Terminal, I am just met with an ongoing "Preparing Workstation" timer icon. It has been running like that for over an hour.

Is this still a thing? If so, could you please share the email you used to sign up for the training so I can reel the training team ops into it?

I cannot log into the basic “Welcome to Elastic” page to complete the labs, where do I find my creds for this please?
