Update Parent file with Child file field

Hi,

I have a parent file:
ID - 123
Name - ABA
BTT - 000
BA -
LOC -
File_ref -

I have a child file:
ID - 999
Name - ABA
BTT - 000
BA - BA1
LOC - confdez
File_ref - 123

How can i update the parent with the missing BA & LOC fields?

The child is linked to the parent by the File_ref.

Where can this be updated & if so what filters can be used.
