Hi,
I'm using the mapping API to add a field onto my functionbeat index, named message_visual, which is shown when I made a GET request of the mapping.
But the index doesn't show up when I try to look for it on my index pattern.
I know that even empty fields are shown here in the index pattern or when we are trying to perform data visualization. Any ideas why this is happening? I'm trying to dissect another field's raw string, decode it as JSON and put it in this added field. Please let me know what I can do about this. Thank you
