Updated service-wrapper to new version + memory is set using ES_HEAP_SIZE

Hi,

I updated the service-wrapper repo to a new version of the service
wrapper (3.5.14), and more importantly, changed the memory setting env vars
to be set using ES_HEAP_SIZE (ES_MIN_MEM and ES_MAX_MEM are no longer
relevant). Make sure you use it when using a new version of the service
wrapper.
