Upgradation of elastichsearch from 5.2.2 to 6.2

Hi All,

Please help me to Upgrade the ELK.

We wanted to upgrade the Elastichserach 5.2.2 to 6.2.
Need to know ,How to do?
Do we need to take any backup of data or Configuration details?
