Hi , I want to upgrade my ELK stack from version 6.2 to version 6.7 . Do I get any document link which sort of shows a comparision between 6.2 & 6.7 . Just want to know Is it worthing to upgrade it to 6.7 or directly move to the 7.0.0-beta1 (the latest).

I guess you meant 6.6.0.
To upgrade to the latest major (7.0), it is recommended to upgrade to the latest version available (that will be 6.7.x when released) and run the upgrade assistant in Kibana. So yeah that is worth it.
