Upgrading cluster from 0.90.0

Are their any official docs on upgrading from 0.90.0? I'm looking to
upgrade to the newest version (0.90.5 as of this writing) in a cluster of 5
nodes. I can fail nodes out and upgrade them, I just can't find any
documentation on it.

Thanks,
Andy

There is some information about upgrading in the 0.90.0 release notes:

On top of what is written in the release notes. I would upgrade one node at
the time and also change the cluster name, so upgraded nodes don't try to
join old nodes. I would also disable automatic shard allocation via cluster
update api during the upgrade of all your nodes in order to prevent
unnecessary shard allocations.
