I deleted an engine by accident, is there a way to restore it again ?
And if not , how can i recreate an engine with the same name ?
because it refuses , it says : Name cannot be reused , i really needed

There's no way to restore a deleted engine. If you have data backups of your Elasticsearch deployment, they could probably be used to piece together parts of the deleted data if you no longer had access to the original data.
What version of App Search are you running? You should be able to re-use the same name from an engine that was previously deleted. I expect the engine deletion happens asynchronously, so it could take a few minutes for the name to free up again.
