How can I use context.panel.filters to open another dashboard in Kibana using URL drill-down in a new tab as new tab support is not available for dashboard drill down in kibana 7.10.

this is not possible for now.
I solved my issue using {{rison context.panel.filters}} in filters section of dashboard URL in _a using URL drilldown(Beta) option.
