Not found the possibility to manage password policy in the basic subscription security module (password expiration, complexity, ...).
Is there a way to do that with basic licence ?.

For commercial licenses we recommend that you connect Elasticsearch to an external security provider through our Active Directory, LDAP, SAML or OpenID Connection realm support.
Then you can manage your password policies centrally.
