Using the S3 Gateway over an HTTP proxy

Hi all,

Has anyone found an easy way to use the s3 gateway over an HTTP proxy? I'm
just about to fork the cloud-aws plugin to do it myself, but thought I
should check here first...

I think you sent a pull request to support it? I merged it into master and 0.16.
