I see the document show here have filter, but my kibana 5.4.3 don't. which version should I use?

you are looking at the documentation for the next 5.x release, which will be version 5.5.0. The release will happen "very soon" :tm: , so stay tuned. Please feel free to give feedback here or on GitHub when you had the chance to try it yourself.
