Visualization with fixed "floating" position inside a dashboard

How can a visualization have a fixed "floating" position inside a dashboard?
Imagine a "switch space" markdown with a link on the top of the dashboard that when you scroll down it maintains itself always visible like floating but in the top (much like a menu but, inside the dashboard).
