Visualize date range with hourly buckets 1 - 24

Hi
I want to visualize the data based on date ranges.
The x-axis will be from 1 to 24.
It shows the traffic count during each hour over the time period (the period is specified via the time filter).
For example,
bucket 1 will have all the traffic over the last month that happened between 12AM and 1 AM.
What is the format for such date range.

Like this in Discover tab? I've set my absolute time range to be 1 day, and interval to be hourly;

Or the similar chart as a vertical bar chart;
