Watcher alert with granular details in email body

Hello Guys,

Any insights for the following

I am trying to setup an alert in watcher in such a way that when no document is generated for a server within 1 minute an email will be sent with alert body containing that server details.

is it possible to add granular details to the alert body?

Have you seen https://github.com/elastic/examples/tree/master/Alerting/Sample%20Watches/monitoring_cluster_health? It should get you started looking for missing values. Then there are other examples in that repo for email as well.
