Beginner doubt ....I want to create a web application for log analysis and deploy it , how to do this using kibana can i convert my kibana dashboards into a web app or i will have to use the iframe for using kibana dashboard to my web app.

unfortunately right now there aren't API to use your kibana dashboard inside your web app.
The only way to do that is to embed the Kibana iframe (obtained from the Share->Embed Code) into your web app
