What is the minimum version required of elasticsearch for integrating SAML?

Hello I am using elasticsearch 5.6.2. Does it supports SAML integration ? Can anyone tell me minimum version of elasticsearch which supports SAML ?

Support for SAML was added to X-Pack in version 6.2.

There were a couple of bug fixes related to SAML in the first patch releases so we really suggest you upgrade to 6.2.3 (or the latest patch release available at the time you upgrade)

No. As @Christian_Dahlqvist already answered , it was introduced to X-Pack in 6.2
