What is the replacement for "index.mapper.dynamic":"true" in ES version 6.8.0 to ES version 7.9.3

Repeating my Slack post here for the benefit of others:

According to https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/pull/26603 it is ignored in ES 6.8.0 so it needs no replacement.
