Saw this a few days back - Beats version 8.7.1 | Beats Platform Reference [8.7] | Elastic
But there is no release artifacts present for downloading. When can we expect them to be available ?

We do not publicly announce releases ahead of time.
Looks like the docs just got a little ahead which means the release should be coming soon... check back next week.... no promises.
I have noticed that when Elastic starts with a new version, they put next release number on the documentation site.
Usually is a few week after the release, the documentation will get increased version, and binaries will be released in next few weeks.
