Why do get results for some strings within a field, but not others?

I can search for ERROR within the message field, but if I try transactionId, I get no hits..

Hi John,

Your screenshot seems to have cut off the full error message and is difficult to read. Are you able to share the error message as a code snippet or text instead of an image?
