Search for a text not working

When searching for a text in the field I'm not getting any data enough though the text is present in the logs

query- message : error while getting meet audit data for customer

When I search directly without putting the field. name it matches for individual words in different fields. For my index pattern the data type of message field is text,keyword

there is no message.keyword field coming in kibana

can you provide mapping of that field...and also write the query that you tried (not in paragraph ,describing it)
