Will Elasticsearch -2.3.1-1 version cluster works across datacenter?

Hi Team,

I have 7 node ELK cluster.
Versions:
elasticsearch-2.3.1-1.noarch
logstash-2.3.1-1.noarch
kibana-4.5.0-1.x86_64
We are planing to add 7 more nodes to this cluster in different datacenter. But its not creating the cluster and not replicating the data into new nodes.

Will Elasticsearch -2.3.1-1 version cluster works across datacenter??
