Winlogbeat Manual EVTX Upload - Performance

Hi Guys,
I am using winlogbeat on a regular basis to upload multiple evtx files to elastic(with powershell).
The problem is that sometimes it takes a very long time for the upload to complete(hours).
Is there a way to speed things up? maybe threads or something?
Can we utilize the processors for that?
