X-pack-6.2.4 older plugin structure -ERROR

I'm installing x-pack-6.2.4.zip on Centos 7 with Elasticsearch 6.5.4. I get the error message:
ERROR: This plugin was built with an older plugin structure. Contact the plugin author to remove the intermediate "elasticsearch" directory within the plugin zip.

Can you help?

You can't install a plugin which is not compatible.

Please note that from 6.3, you don't have to install x-pack anymore. It's already built-in the default distribution.
