Xpack logstash metrics of a DMZ server

Hi all,
I have a Server in a DMZ where logstash is installed as loglistener, which sends these logs to a rabbitmq. From our internal network, we pull these logs from the rabbitmq. As the logstash server is not allowed to enter our internal network, it cannot send its x-pack monitoring metrics to our elastic. How can I pull this metrics?
