We are facing 403 forbidden while trying to access the url https://artifacts.elastic.co/maven/xuggle/xuggle-xuggler/5.2/xuggle-xuggler-5.2.pom, We are using this dependency in our project, due to this we can't able to build our project. So kindly help us

It just indicates that this jar does not exist in maven central and the other repositories you defined. It fails on the repository it tried.

Maven issue not related to Elasticsearch.

https://artifacts.elastic.co/maven does it depends on maven site or yours.
Because this site is throwing 403. Can you please confirm it once.
