401 forbidden from artifacts.elastic.co

I am getting a 401 forbidden error trying to access the APT repository but only from one of my hosts.

Err:4 https://artifacts.elastic.co/packages/6.x/apt stable InRelease                                                                
  403  Forbidden [IP: 2600:1901:0:1d7:: 443]

This request fails from 2a01:7e01::f03c:92ff:fe60:xxxx. It works from all my other hosts though. The host is at Linode Frankfurt.
