Getting 403 denied to https://artifacts.elastic.co/packages/8.x/apt

Since a few day I got error when trying to update elastic on one of my server:

apt update
Hit:1 Index of /debian-security bullseye-security InRelease

Err:4 https://artifacts.elastic.co/packages/8.x/apt stable InRelease
403 Forbidden [IP: 34.120.127.130 443]

The server is hosted by: RackNerd LLC CC-192-210-228-0-27 (NET-192-210-228-192-1) 192.210.228.192 - 192.210.228.223 in the USA.

Is it possible that I'm somehow banned?
