Is it possible to pass a URL in alert information from Kibana to an event management system (email or PagerDuty at this time)?

Yes, I've seen the PagerDuty action and am using it from Kibana to send the event to PD. To my knowledge it doesn't describe adding a URL to the event that goes to PD. The link you provided is to the Watcher mechanism. I'm using Kibana.
