Access to elastic.co cluster Kibana error

We have a cluster hosted on elastic.co, every time i access the Kiban dashboard I get the following error

when i try to access it I get Cannot connect to the Elasticsearch cluster but the GET endpoint works

should i simply restart Kibana?
