Is this feature available in recent versions of Kibana?

This issue is still unresolved, so it's not an available feature at this stage sorry.

Is it required to give Dashboard "All" access for Save Query option to appear?

Can we give users "Read" access to Dashboard and configure some other setting for the "save query" option to appear?
