Is there a way to add the visualization spy when sharing the charts or dashboards using iframes?

Not currently, though it's a feature we hope to add (along with many options for what to show/hide in an embedded dashboard). You can follow this feature request here: https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/9575

If you have a github account you should be able to hit "subscribe" under notifications and you'll get email updates for any activity on the issue:
