Adding values at different times to Data Table

Hi there. I am doing data table visualization on my data. It looks like this

What I want to do, beside the final consumption column (metric max value), also have the consumption which was the maximum previous month/week. I can do it on Visual Builder, but goal is to recreate it on data table. How is it possible ?

Maybe a Max Bucket aggregation using a Date Range Sub Aggregation might help?
