Alerting in kibana for a specific log file

Hello,

Is there anyway to setup an alert in kibana that would sendemail if a specific log file is greater than 100MB ?

Yes. But you need watcher for it which is in our x-pack https://www.elastic.co/products/stack/alerting which comes along with our gold license:
https://www.elastic.co/subscriptions
