Allow Automatic Fullscreen Mode upon Canvas Load via URL Parameter

It would be nice to be able to target a specific Canvas URL and have it automatically go into "Fullscreen" mode. There is a button for this in the current 6.5 version of Kibana Canvas, but there is no way for it to go into this through a URL parameter.

We want to be able to target this URL from a MVix digital signage screen, but it does not appear to allow for this type of "Kiosk" mode setup. This is a deal breaker for us.

Other tools like Grafana offer this type of feature to allow for this kind of production implementation.

It would be a nice feature.
